1. Introduction / Acceptance of Terms

• Users are solely responsible for their Content and any consequences arising from its publication.
5. Payments, Donations & Gifts
• Users may receive donations, gifts, or payments through approved third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Interac).
• Sin World Online does not hold or transfer funds directly; all payments go through the processor.
• Sin World Online is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments.
• Users are responsible for taxes, fees, and reporting related to earnings, donations, or gifts.
• Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are governed by the payment processor policies.
6. Albums / Singles for Sale
• Users may submit albums or singles for sale according to Site guidelines.
• Sin World Online does not guarantee any revenue or sales.
• Users control pricing, description, and content for their albums.
• Sin World Online reserves the right to remove or hide any album or single that violates rules, is fraudulent, or misrepresents content.
7. Intellectual Property
• All Site content, including logos, images, graphics, code, and music, is owned by Sin World Online or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without permission.
• Users retain ownership of their submitted Content but grant a license for display and promotion on the Site.
8. Privacy & Data

• Users may not assign or transfer accounts without permission.

How Payments Work
Sin World Online uses a shared weekly creator payout pool

All valid watch time is added together
The pool is divided fairly per second watched
Creators are paid based on how long their content was watched
Formula:
Creator Earnings = (Creator Watch Seconds ÷ Total Platform Watch Seconds) × Weekly Pool
